The hotel was luxury and fairly clean, with accommodating staff at every level. I truly enjoyed the room with breakfast included, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. They offered me savoury meals, had plenty of options to choose from. Everything here was great, I would love to stay here again.

Check-in was smooth, and we appreciated being able to order room service late at night. The heated pool and cozy sun terrace really helped us unwind after a long day. The chairs in the room could use a bit of an upgrade, but overall, it was a great stay! 😊

Dined at City Cafe Diner and had their famous meatloaf, downright delicious! Check-in was smooth, and the staff went out of their way to make my birthday special with thoughtful touches. My room was cozy with a killer city view!

Check-in went smoothly. The room was spacious with fine city views. I loved the quick and helpful valet service. The lobby had a beautiful fireplace that added a cozy touch. I did encounter a little trouble retrieving my phone after leaving it behind, which turned into a bit of a saga. Despite that, the staff tried their best to assist me. The dining at City Cafe Diner was delicious, especially their famous meatloaf. I would have liked more seating options in common areas for better comfort.

Great vibes and stunning views

Everything was super clean and the staff was really friendly! The food we had was delish, especially breakfast. The valet guys were on point, too. Plus, the views of Chattanooga? Amazing. The only bummer was one rude person at check-in. I had a great getaway!

Check-in was smooth, especially the front desk guy who wished my husband a happy birthday. The location is perfect, just down the street from the aquarium, and the room was spacious with a fine city view. The valets were quick and helpful, made everything easier.
